ever since I've had my corsa b sport I've not really had any heat coming thru the heaters, I have the dial turned all the way up and the blowers on full, only time they have ever been warm was when I was stuck in heaver traffic and the number on the clock went to 19 degrees or something like that, but yea was in heavy traffic so guessing the engine was hot, any ideas on the problem or are they just crap heaters lol

Does it have coolant? Is there any signs of water mixing with the oil?
It's most likely either a blown head gasket or a naff heater

Yea coolant is filled half way up the bottle/reservoir, that's right isn't it? I don't think it's the head gasket no signs of that, I think the heater is just bust I wreckon, not heard the radiator fan ever kick in but dont think that would affect the heater would it?

Most probably a knackered heater. If your engine is getting up to temperature and it's also not overheating, I would think its either the heater is nakered or the heater controls are nakered.
Do the vents blow air but it's just cold air?

Sounds like it to me, can't say 100% but all signs seem to be pointing that way.
Just before you go for a new heater though check all of your fuses are okay

Pressure test the cooling system with heater on (not 100% sure if they run a hearer tap or blend door arrangement.
If it is blend door, check the cable/actuator.
Havn't taken any notice of my b.
