Corsa-B.uk - Vauxhall, Opel and Holden Corsa B Owners Club

I've changed the 4 D bushes but now I've de-rusted the arb, the brackets don't fit as well. If I put the brackets in a different place, that can be wedged on, but I'm guessing that's not right?
Am I missing something obvious? ?

The new bushes will be that little bit bigger
Put some washing up liquid on the rubber bushes
The the cups use some grips to push the cups together
