hey guys, i would just like to know what camshaft i can put in my c12nz to increase the power band and make it sound a bit better. i know ill need a tune after doing this and please keep any comments regarding a bigger engine to yourself as engine swaps take a lot more money and effort to complete and i will be doing that eventually.

The c16se (nova gsi) is apparently the best, I've never done it myself so don't know for sure

Tbh it's not worth it you'll throw 500 quid at this engine tuning it and you'll maybe have more power than a 1.0, your better saving your money and putting it towards an engine

i've been thinking about it since this post, and if its cheap enough ill do the camshaft but at the moment its got a leaking head gasket and ive quoted that up and its too expensive for such a crap engine. if this camshaft mod is too expensive then ill probably end up building and dumping a 4age-t into it as i already have a 4age bare engine
