Hi people I have a corsa b 1.0 12v and I want to get fitted a rev counter I have bought a rev counter from a scrap yard and it came off a 1.2 8v corsa b but I was wondering will it work because both of them are digital instead of being cable

Do they have the same number of cylinders. Also please search the forum. I have advised on rev counters many times. If you can find the answer please ask. But yes they should be a straight swap. But you may need to add a wire to the ecu.

Do they both start at 0. If so will work but rev counter will be slightly out

It is legal to adjust the milage on the new clocks to represent the correct milage of the vehicle. This would have to be done if fitting brand new clocks from a dealer.

It is illegal to adjust the milage to give a false representation of the vehicles condition. This is fraud.

My how to shows how to adjust milage. Pm me if you need help on the steps I deliberately omitted
