Hi all, just like to introduce myself as a newbie, i have a 2000 1.2 16v sxi, i use this for round town driving
Would anyone be able to recommend a hand held scanner that will work with this car, i know about the op com, but do not
have access to a laptop very often, so really needing a hand held scanner for the problem it has

I'd highly recommend you buy a cheap netbook, I got a second hand one years back for 60 plus 20 for opcom is cheaper than any decent hand held thing, there also hard to come by now cheap for obd1

Brilliant thank you. Can you suggest a good seller for the op com. Don't want to buy a dodgy one plus my computer skills are next to zero so a seller who maybe prepared to help with set up

That's torque your thinking of, I use it a fair bit but it's only for obd2

Think bluetooth obd1 plugs are like 50 or 60

http://op-com.weebly.com/

This is the best crowd to buy opcom from, they offer full after sale support and can even do a remote install and set up for abit extea
