Are there kits avalible, or is it possible just to fit a diesel turbo onto a gsi lump, basically im not after massive power gains from the turbo itself, i have other plans for that, i just want a whoooooosh!

Courtney will have 3k of your ££ and you\'ll have a 155BHP engine, or Matheus from migweb sells turbo kits for the c16XE, then you\'d need to add an intercooler and ecu to run it. on a std bottom end about 200BHP is achieveable.

Thats what i said in my previous post, im realy after a turbo just for a bit of poke and the noise...but not for 3 grand, and i couldn\'t give a f**k that VTA valves increase lag, i\'ll worry about that when i can afford a car that is actually quick, after all, on comparison, 200bhp is hardly the be all and end all of bhp stats is it.

Cheapest you could do the conv for is about 2grand, but you\'d be cutting corners not pay labour and it wouldn\'t last mega long.

My car only runs in the 140BHP region, but will piss on a 190BHP corsa np.

the turbo would be too small aswell. you\'d really want a T2 or T25 for the engine.
