How hard would it be to fit racing seats in both the front and rear. Also would it be worth getting recliners as would you actually be able to recline them into what would have used to have been the boot, or should i just get buckets.
One last question do i just need universal subframes or ones specially for a corsa b?
Cheers

For the fronts, get tailored Corsa B subframes.
For the rears, you\'re on your own and will need to work out how to get universal ones in, remember that the rear seats will often sit higher than the fronts so you\'ll need to measure whether you have enough room to fit the seats in the rear lol.
Tbh, I wouldn\'t bother. For the minimal \"wow\" factor, it\'s a lot of hassle and you\'ll probably just regret attempting it anyway.
With the money saved you could put it towards an increase in insurance premium if you had a 1.4 or 1.6 16v engine

So you cant use universal subframes on the rear? How would i make my own frames. Also the seats I had in mind do fit, but would i have to build the floor up below the rear seat as it is on about 30 degree angle. As i saw this been done in max power mag. Trying to get much advice as poss before i buy both front and rear seats. I was thinking about upgrading to a 16v 1..6 engine, as dont have to worry about insurance as car is on a fleet policy. Insured for any driver. Is there any mods needed to convert existting 8v parts to put a 16 valvle engine in.

For the rears, you will need to work out how to get universal ones in. But they\'re universal, ie fit nothing. I could sell a sheet of metal as a universal subframe.
Why not get yourself a seat from a scrap yard to practice on?

surely with universal subframes i just need to drill a few holes in the floor where the previous seats used to be?

how about getting some fixed back bucket seats with side mounts then weld the mounts to the floor as side mounts let you adjust the angle of the seat

there £23 a pair from demon tweeks and there made by cobra. the thing is i think theres only a few seats that accept side mounts. so you\'ll have to check the seats you want to use take side mounts
the seats i\'ve seen in DT that are side mountable are
cobra imola
corbeau sprint
recaro pole position
omp vid 05
omp vid duo 05
i\'ve not put the prices as the different trims have different prices

If I was to drill into the floor under rear seats would it be easy to drop the tnak or is their a big gap between it or otherwise ill just get some universal frames welded in place in the back
