Went out in a 2.0 16v Redtop Corsa....

Couldn\'t belive the fcukin power! If any of u are thinkin of gettin one 2 put in ya corsa, do it - i know i am!!!

Any1 been in a 2.0 turbo corsa?

Well I went in a scooby a couple of years back, but i forgot wat that went like! I just didnt think a 2.0 corsa would go that fast.

A Corsa with an XE isn\'t particularly quick. It\'s rapid but it doesn\'t make it that fast as it feels so sensible still.

I\'d imagine the LET to be similar but a bit lairy on boost.

It\'s good fun plus you get a decent mpg too - I\'m averaging around 300 miles from a full tank, so 32mpg based on 42 litres (roughly what I fill up).

they do defo feel fast indeed, ive got 1800 in mine, and im happy with it. u ever been in the old shape mini? they feel fast cos your so low and the ground rushs up in front of you, if you get what i mean

Yeh i know wat ya mean.

The redtop corsa pulled away from a 215bhp CTR yesterday. and kept up with a evo!

Just a filter and decat. Isnt runnin right eathier. Think he still has the standard SRi fuel pump on it!

So a XE running about 155bhp & not running right pulled away from a 215bhp ctr & kept up with an Evo (280+ maybe?) Hmmmm

He was racing, dont think the evo was running right eaither, kickin abit of black smoke out.

The red top is over fueling, thats all, its prob 160bhp with roughly 200bhp per tonne.

Plus, it wasent a \'special\' evo, a Evo2 I think...

pmsl....the ctr i can half believe that it kept up but pull away..... and the evo, no chance! unless it was buggered! people need to get over the fact that a 2ltr corsa is NOT fast! nippy yes fast no! and they dont handle particularly well eather
