Anyone heard the new craz of \"flashing\", basically at bit like happy slapping , but in cars, inwhich a group of drivers drive round at night, one of them has no lights on, a driver flashes them to let them know there\'s no lights on, they group then follow the driver and shoot him

ye i heard bout this a while ago, was gangs up london that don\'t have there lights on asoon as you flash them they open fire on you

yep this is very old news tho, although i live in London so its not surprising i herd about it around a year or two ago
