Spent the afternoon with the cars doing bits and bobs, nothing major.

Oil cooler in place on the nova, still need to sort out the mountings for it, but all connected up.

Can see it\'s a tight fit down there


New oil pressure/temp gauge in to, hard to get the camera to get the pic right, but you get the idea Need to put the dash back in properly now


The new passanger seat is now positioned, but not in firmly, I\'m trying to get it as far back and low as possible to try to make use of the extra ballast/passanger, Dan\'s 5,10\" to give an idea how low it is:


Fitted the new Air temp sensor finally


Dan\'s car got some tinkering after his Dad moved it off his drive and it mysteriously could only get 4th gear, and not his dad\'s fault


And Finally, the astra got a new alternator belt today cause the old one was squeaking


Cever design from Vx, means you have to take apart the driver side fornt mount to get the belt in and out, major headaches there

i did a few bits i now need a spotweld drill bit
£15 thou for 1

and the cav has the same silly engine mount design

what spot welded plates are you removing? I just us a 8mm bit and drill getntle till the piece comes away.

How much have you lowered your car kieran? It looks tidy fella, and mines white too, and now it has alloys, i need it lowered lol
