Ok silly question how would you put in new foot pedals (i\'ve searched the forums for a good 10 mins and can\'t find any subject with it)
well it looks easy to me but can anyone tell me if its as easy as the instruction tells you (drill a clearance hole...
) Do i need some sort of special drill? or just any drill with a special drill piece to go through metal... (AM I MAKING ANY SENSE?!?! lol) All help appreciated!
Cheers

I fitted a set on the Nova once. First attempt I realised the pedal needed to be supported.. otherwise it just goes down when you drill.
Second attempt was with using tins of beans stacked to the desired height, drill slipped, I drilled a tin...
Third attempt I wasn\'t going anywhere... drilling through the point where the lever met the pedal..
Fourth attempt I got them fitted but they were metal Sparco items and driving with wet feet wasn\'t clever.
If you get decent pedals with rubber inserts, then do it.

Yeah i got Rubber inserts
they\'re Ripspeed ones
lol (gf bought them for me!!
)
So i just have to have something supporting the pedals (so they won\'t go down whiles drilling...) does it work if you drill with one hand and hold the pedal up with the other?
Anyways gonna have a go at them soon..... cheers for any more help
