Can anyone provide details on how to modify the front bumper with the luguna splitter

First get a Laguna splitter. You\'ll have problems finding a Luguna one..

Then cut in the middle, offer the corners up to the corner of your bumper, cut the overlap of the two halves so the halves meet nicely.
Bond or screw to the car.
Drive off, rip the splitter off on a speed bump.

Correction, rip the splitter off on a speed bump if you have your car lowered im a tight ass mofo and havnt been able to lower mine yet hehe.

Also once you have cut the bit between the middle and made it a nice symetrical fit, then you will also need to cut bits from the edges too.

To make it nice and smooth your best of sanding the edges too.

I used multiple items to cut mine, ranging from a pair of scissors (not very effective) to a hack saw blade (quite effective).

A further piece of advise, i found it easier to take the bumper off and do it, although i suppose you could do it with the bumper on the car if you jacked it up, and its also best to have someone else there too hold the bumper whilst you screw/bond it down.

And one last thing i remember doing when i did mine was that i swore quite considerably at it quite a few times, and drew a lot of blood as im useless at using a hacksaw blade (i held it the wrong way up ..... to begin with anyway!
