Need info on my engine

Hey guys,

I\'m looking for some info for my engine. Basically as much info I can find. Is there any place I can find this info, such as on the engine itself, the internet or any docu ment\'s that came with my car. All I know is its a 1.4

look at the engine, if it has a nice cover its a 16v if its just the engine its a 8v

engine code should be in your log book, or on your vin plate.

To find out more information about your engine you need to know your Engine code, all engines have them printed on the actual Engine Block on the right hand side at the front, if it is a 1.4 16v the engine code will be X14XE, if it is a 8v it will either be a C14NZ or C14SE.

Type it in Google and you will find what you are looking for m8.

I\'ve had a look on my engine and it says X14S7. I\'ve googled it but I dont any results. Anyone know where I might be able to get the info I need?
