Im thinking of getting a combat kit for my corsa...
Dad keeps on about insurance (\"sky high\") he says...lmao..
Just wondering how much it actually changes the premium roughly..im with more than...

more than prob won\'t insure you, if they do you wil prob have to be over 25, i know that was direct lines awnser when i asked them, am with admiral and they seem to be ok with mods but do only replace with stock.

depends on the insurance company, adrian flux add 10 % or so i think to the premium if you get a kit fitted.

si - you need to tell them, if not then your insurance will be void simple as, how many times as this question been raised. if you cant afford the insuracne then you cant afford the kit.

Agree with Tom,
You have to remember your insurance company in the case of a claim is looking for ANY excuse to get out of paying out, something like this is perfect
\"You have not imformed us of modification of your vehicle thus your insurance is void\"

so effectively you have being in an accident without insurance;
You pay for your car
Their car
any hire car they need
Misc fees IE pick up truck to take car to garage etc
then on top of that you end up with point son your licence and paying court courts

Just not worth it guys!

Alright cheers people...ill keep looking...my premiums £900 at the mo..i think i could put up with paying most £1500...
hopefully............
