Hi
Every time i put my foot down at about 4000rpm in each gear i get a funny winding, rattling noise. But when i put my foot on clutch 2 change gear or so it doesnt make a funny noise. The sound comes from my engine and sounds like summat to do when i accelerate. Its a 1995 1.2 8v corsa with about 84,000 miles. can any one help????

could be thrust bearings on the crank
