just spent some money on my engine, and it looks like I\'ll have to remove the egr, secondary air pump and possibly the aircon
anyone know how to get the aircon out?

Yes, your car\'s a wreck now - no need for aircon, you can probably pipe in air from beneath the car!
No more Corsa :(

When I took it off a corsa for a 20XE conv, I removed, the rad, the pump, the pipe work, on th ebulk head where the pipes runin the car is a connector block, just undo and it pulls out, I left all thw wiring in there, just moved it out the way, you\'ll need std non-acon, but with PAS mount for the engine, as this is different, and the alt belt to go with it as it\'s shorter.
EGR you need to make up a plate to block it off, but you need to leave the valve connected else it upsets the ecu, (that\'s if you keep the std ecu) or manztel do a \"simulator\" whihc I guess is a couple of resitors
The seconary air pump, just remove it, and block off the exhaust manifold, I just cut some 4mm ali plate in the right shape and bolted it on, as below:

so, do i actually need to remove anything? or can i get away with just leaving it there?
if i leave the EGR and aircon, can i still remove the secondary air pump?
