Just looking thought the forums people asking questions where to get this and that i thought i list of trusted companies would be in order.....

V-Tuning - Can cater for engine conversions etc... Supply performance parts etc...

All of the above companies have been used by me in the past and i have never had a problem. V Tuning and LMF in particular are quite close Friends and really know their stuff, as do the others.

they are good but only for engine tuning not so much bodywork

yer, there specifically engine specialists. been thinking of using them for a 2litre 16v lump if i decide to drop one in
