Don\'t bother with a spare wheel. Keep a couple of cans of tyre weld in the car and join the AA.

yeah i have no spare wheel bay. had it cut out!
tyre weld is good stuff, but you are buggered if you have a really bad puncture
word of caution tho, if you are in the aa dont mention that you dont have a spare. they wont come out to you in the event of a puncture.

Some cars come from the factory without a spare wheel.

VX220 doesn\'t have run flats.

Speaking to a recovery patrol last night, he said as soon as you mention anything to do with the brakes they automatically send a tow rather than a repair.

Top tip if you\'re just after the use of their transportation services ;)

that is handy to know.... if you are in the aa, i chose to cut my card up and send it back to them (when my cover ran out)

i plan to use \'ontime\' if i have any further problems

vx220 has been around a few years now, but you\'d expect run flats on the newer models wouldnt you? perhaps the run flats dont have a high enough speedrating.
i think you arent ment to do more then 40mph if you get a puncture, and they are ok to run for 50miles or so.

im taking my spare out cause i got alloys psares no good as it don\'t fit...lol

spare 13\"
alloys 15\"

makes me laugh when peoiple say they can\'t get rid of spare, if you put a 13\" spare on with 3 other 15\" alloys your suspension wouldn\'t last to long and handling would be f**k also.

have to admit im gonnaa look at run flats next time round.

Use the spare as a get home measure, not to drive forever on.
