i seen to have acquired a buzzing sound from somewhere, but it only seems to appear when i have the radio on as soon as get a CD on it stops, it does it on every station that i put it on and Ive tried re-tuning the same station but on a different frequency, any help would be appreciated

It sounds like you have a poor screening/break in the screening on the co-axial. try re-wiring or using a new ariel.

this mite sound daft, but ariel on car or bk of head unit??

Check the plug in the back of the head unit, then if that\'s ok check ariel on roof.
