GSI Throttle Body on Sri ??

Wanting to increase the power on my 1995 Corsa Sri 16v. Have fitted a K&N induction kit and want to know if the GSI throttle body will fit. Have seen them being sold cheap and if they fit will they increase power by much and will anything else have to be changed. All input is appreciated.
