why are halfords so useless?

when i bought my wheels from there, the guy didn\'t even know what stud corsa wheels were, he then went and spelt team dynamics wrong on the order form.

went in today to buy some autoglym and i must have been stood waiting to be served for about 10 minutes. the cashier then gave me a reciept for the previous customers cd player that they had just bought.

Oh dear, yes they can be pretty useless sometimes.
I wanted to get some Arden Blue paint for my corsa but they had none in stock so i was told they could mix some up for me. Great I thought, should be within the hour i was told. So i went back an hour later only to find the guy that served me wasn\'t there! So another guy said ill mix it up in 15Min\'s ! then said they had no empty cans to fill em with !! got it in the end though half hour later !!

Hi Simon well that\'s what they told me mate so I\'m not to sure where they get em from Only trouble is if i want some more getting the same mix might be tricky !

i dont use halfords for the reason that they dont help you when you ask them questions
i use my local motor shop, they can get all the parts, and if i say ive got a problem with my car what dya reckon it could be. they actually look at the car and sell me the right part

Halfords is the Argos equivalent for cars

the one near must be unique then, it has someone who knows alittle about cars who works there
