Alternative Speaker Places
I want to fit another set of 6x9\'s, and want to put them in the rear door panels, is the panel deep enough to get 6x9\'s into???

there was a guy on here that said you can fit 6x9\'s in them tho, do you reckon i\'d have to fibreglass it then, cos there\'s sapce just under the window, only problem is, the panel gets even shallower there, dunno wot to do, any other suggestions, already got some in the parcel shelf......

i wouldnt bother with another pair of 6x9s it would only drag the sound stage backwards (you dont drive in the back do you now)
one of most common setups is to have amped comps in the front doors and a pair of 5 1/4\" in the rear (run of the HU) with a sub in the boot it all depends on what you are after sound quailty or spl (loudness) do a search on here theres loads on audio setups also have a look on the cad forums aswell http://www.talkaudio.co.uk/vbb/index.php
