Yeh, i\'m not sure about different badges...I assumed they were all the same, but i have never really paid that much attention to badges before.

eveyone and their gran has opel badges and putting a facelift bumper on a \'93 corsa without getting the rear as well would look poo as well as cost quite a bit more that a pair of badges and make people wonder why they\'ve been changed

Why do people want to badge their cars up as Opels?

Vauxhall is only available in the UK - the europeans love the Vauxhall marque - its very odd.

but isn\'t the holden badge diffrent to the opel one as the opel one is a lightening strike.

thats true, but it does look better rather than the plasticy pre 97 bumpers, [apart from the gsi ones]. although they seem to sell for quite bit. there worth less than everyone thinks probably get a set for £40 at a scrappy if your lucky enough to find them undamaged. if you dont like the opel grills, you could get a steiny, irmscher or ek front grill. that fits onto the post 97 bumpers in about 5 minutes. there about £100 for an ek one and similar for a steiny one. not sure on the irmscher ones.

sorry but putting a holden badge on a corsa is like putting a ferrari badge on a toyota mr2 replica its just going to be laughed at.

i like the holden badge a bit better than the vaux one and i\'m not spending loads to get my badges removed so i may as well change them to ones i like, plus i know someone whos going to oz on holiday so i can get her to pick me up a set or two and stick one on ebay

whys that then? holden is the ozzy name for vauxhall its not as if i\'m putting VW badges on and trying to make it looks like a golf. i\'m just doing something i think will look good to my car and if you\'ve ever noticed the ammount of holden badges going for silly money on ebay there must be a few other people that feel the same way

exactly, i could probably get a front back and horn badge for around £10-15.

that badge on ebay wont fit a corsa b there too big unless you have an irmscher grill to bolt it thru.
