Big Fat and Heavy!

I have just been given a 89 carlton gsi digi dash leather interior. The back wheels turn not the front! strange but boy what fun. Any one know what you can do to these to make them go faster. its the 12v

Think I might take it PVS and see if we can blow it up! any helpers??????
