HELP Speed clock not working properly
mine has just stopped working properly
Ive just fitted new white dials and blue bulbs, everything went fine and everything works, apart from the speedometer!!!!
The needle has dropped vertically down and FLICKERS when i start up!! It still moves round when i drive off but when i stop it falls straight back down to the very bottom and flickers again!! the speed reading is completely wrong!
What can i do????? is it broken??????

Speed Clock Not Working! Help!
sorted it people. My speedo needed resetting, and Noble down the road from me showed me how to do it. you need to take your clocks out so that you can touch the speedo needle.
You push the needle clockwise as far as it will go, past the last speed marking (in mycase 130mph) and it should click as you go past it. Thats the reset point. once its gone round as far as it will go, i.e. to the black button that resets the millage, push the needle back round to \'0\', it should now stay there and register the correct speed.
Hope that helps anyone else

Speed Clock Not Working! Help!
I\'v got exactly the same problem with my car. Its definatly not a fuse in my case as it has been changed many times, and everything else that runs off the same fuse (cigarette lighter etc) works. My speedo doesnt work at all. Sometimes it will suddenly jump up to the speed im going, but as soon as i indicate it goes back down to 0 and stays there. This has been happening on and off for a few months, but in the 4 days its been totally dead. As a result the milage hasnt moved since the speedo last worked. I no this may work in may favor, but dont really wanna get done 4 it, so have got my car booked in with a bloke who specialises in diagnostics, hopefully it should be sorted
