what kind of gains do you get with a new cam kit, a fast road one for example?

around 10bhp if lucky but it can make your car run really poo and ruff at certain revs like when idleing but get it up the revs an you\'ll notice a difference get the adjustable cam pullys an you can tweak the timing 4 betta gains

It depends what cams you go for but its maybe worth while getting the car remaped to get the full benfit from them. wouldnt bother with cams on anything less than a 1.6 tho
