Spotted and flyered suggestion

Hey,

Was just looking over at corsa-c\'s website, and they have a section for \'Spotted and Flyered\', where members post threads to see if they saw a member irl. I think this is a cool idea, as ive seen many modded corsa b\'s and wondered if they are a member on this site.

yup, why would someone from scotland be interested that someone from cornwall seen someone else in cornwall

so regional board is a more appropriate place for such posts, then its relevant to the area it concerns.
