v reg corsa

hi i have just been offerd a 2000 v reg corsa for 250
the only problem it has some engine faults the codes are
P0115 coolant temp sensor (high voltage)
P0130 oxygen sensor circuit low
i have been told that i need to replace the engine coolant temp sensor and the lamba sensor
iv been told that it will cost about 150
or maby do it myself
so what do you think is it worth it

it depends what else is wrong the cts and the lamda sensor will cost you £50-70 thay only unbolt/unscrew so its only a 10-15 min job to do both of em
what spec is the car? what engine? any mot or tax ?

Something dodgy there mate stay away!!! A v reg corsa on ebay will go from £1000 to £1500!! You can get a lambda sensor of ebay for £25 deliverd and the coolant temp sensor cant be more that £10. But things that are too good to be true normaly arn\'t!!!

it was on ebay it got sold for 800 but buyer had some probs and i got a socond chance offer for my higest bid

wouldn\'t bother personally mate, feedback looks crap from the seller, even though i only have 1 feedback on ebay. id still never buy from anyone on there with low feedback. the car sounds cheap but tbh there\'s loads of them going through the auctions etc that are just as good value,

You need to ask yourself why you got a second chance offer?? Maybe the other person who won it in the first place went and had alook and it was a bag of crap. see what am getting at here!!!!!

not all facelifts have a revcounter, mine didnt
tenner frm scrappers lol
also seems 2 av done a few miles for its age, thought mine waz high 84k n mines a 99treg
