ok so i am in the process of changing the bulbs in my heater controls and in my clock display - i read i guide somewhere that had pics and stuff of where the screws were and stuff but for sum reason now i cant find it - any ideas from anyone?!

also i cant actually get the airvents out of their surrounds - iirc the screws (or at least some of them) are behind the vents - anyone got any tips on how to get them out!?

push them down as in if you were facing them down but go that little bit further?!
