no one does them off the shelf as the cat on the 1.2 16v is bolted directly to the mainifold. unlike the 14/16 16v what sits between the downpipe/flexy joint and the centre box

Just cut the cat out and weld a pipe in place where the cat was! If you dont have a welder you can get it done at a local garage for about 10 pounds. But dont forget about the mot.

cheapest way is to do what marky said. i would go down the scrappy and buy a cat and then cut it out and weld a peice of tube in its place.

Thats what i did on my brothers focus cost him like 3 pound for a new bit of pipe but we didn\'t weld it on! The pipe he got was a bit bigger than the one on the car but i cut two slits down both sides of the new pipe and got two clamps. But that day wasn\'t good cos when i was grinding the cat off the grinder ripped out of my hand then it dropped on my wrist leaving me with an inch cut!

Yes on the top end but i am putting that down to the flow of gases as the cat will limit flow down the exhaust and the sound was more crisp but he has got a scorpion back box aswell sounds really nice!
