what i was wondering was...u know how people turn a 4 into an A by using one of the studs, are the police likely to pull you the moment they see it or is kinda ok aslong as u can still tell that its really an 4...
there are loads around nowadays! i got mine M33 TTW (Matt W or Matthew) from dvla reg site for £250 all in.. and before you all suggest, there were none with 4's in instead of 3's lol
i have a private plate on retention atm off my dads range rover its not so much private but an ex ni reg its kaz1988 which is my nick name + yr off birth pretty handy if u ask me
