So what do you guys think. Is an induction kit better than a standard air filter ?

Those of you who have had or have an induction kit, do you notice any performance boots from it ? Is the cost of an induction kit (even though they are fairly cheap) and the additional petrol usage, worth the performance boost ?

And would you recomend them on a 1l :) ? Would i see any performance boost ?

to be honest i had a pipercross on mine, it sounded nice, but used more petrol, and no it wasnt me just being more heavy footed lol.

gave got standard box on now, may drill the box and put panel in :)

anyone recommend which ones are the best panel filters for the job?

reason you were using more fuel was because it upped your performance a bit nd also even though you say it wasn't due to your lead foot, you probably liked the sound more so booted it a bit harder to hear it roar more.

i know that and i tel that to other people, but i dont need to put my foot down, i have a nice exhaust :)

i would go with de-restricting the std airbox, fit a panel filter.
