Was doing 38 in 30.

Was flashed by the Gatso, but I was on the other side of the road with the flash facing me.

There is markings on both sides of the road for calculating the speed, which is common as far as im aware?

To my knowledge, I should be ok, Police cant prosecute if you get flashed face on.

Sorry if its been answered before, Ive trawled the net for a few hours and its not been made any clearer to me

always thought they couldnt work facing you?
i went flying thru one yesterday 42 in a 30 i waznt watching, it didnt flash tho
