I v had a 110 out of my 1996 vauxhall corsa gls 1.2i single point injection but evrey where i look says top speed is 90mph.
It is a standard engine no modifications at all. ]

So has any 1 had the same speeds out of there corsa???

Or is it just mine???

i can pst pictures of the enigne and car if requested??

ive ad bout that out of mine aswel, exactly the same car 1.2 8v.... so not sure now! lol

iv heard that the speedos are out but who knows, i get 100 out of my 1.0 12volt yeee rite i think 80 in mine is 70 needs to be checked though.

at 140 on the clocks gps says im doing 143 so its not far out on mine

I've had 128 on the dials in the GSi, and the 'calibrated' car which told me how fast I was going said the same...

got 105 out of my old 1l corsa b downhill on motorway (engine was screaming its bag out tho)
it sed 102/3 on my satnav speedo thingi too

i had the same. 110 just witha an kn kit. this was befor i ramed the boot fall of ice, so was a lot lighter at the tim. i know i can get 90 at the mo with all the ice, but think if i push it a bit mor i could get 100 again.

Don't take the speedo's word for it Get a gps if you really want to know how fast you are going (on private land of course)
