Hi guys
i recently brought a 98 corsa b 1.2i 16v in red. nice little runner, but iam starting to experience a lack of power when pulling away between 2k and 4k revs. Now with alittle google help i think i can trace it to the AFM, am i correct?
ALSO, if it is the AFM are they expensive and where abouts in the engine is it.
Or does anyone have anyother suggestions as to what it could be

your more than right with the afm if u mean air flow meter, mine went twice in the last year first time it went wrong my engine managemant light came on it cost me 125quid to get it fixed, but that was at allvox, a salvagers, but the part was new, if i had gone to a garage it would be around 200quid easily, second time my engine ,management light didnt come on but had the same syptoms as before of course was covered under parts warranty so was replaced for free. hope you get it sorted out.
