Hey Guys
i was talking to my mate 2day, and he said coz the Corsa B's get proper hot that i should fit a K&N panel filter in me air box not a cone filter.

Just wondering what you guys think, and if any of ya have already fitted a K&N panel filter and the improvements i should see

cheers

Ollie

if you got a XE engine then yes this is the case you will get the dredded warm air.

i sugest just taking your standard air filter box drilling it and then de restricting it should give about 3bhp

and also run a cold air feed to the drilled section as it will help!

also it will not be so juicy on the pocket, i have mannaged to get 110 miles to the tank round town, with the pipercross cone filter i had i would only get about 60-70 miles to a tank

i'll take a pic of it tonight when i get back from work and put it up for you. aint hard really

if you take the lid off the top of the air filter box there is a cone shaped tube inside, just take a small hammer to it and it will bang out.

and drilling just take the air box completely out of the car and on teh side thats tucked into the wing you'll see like a bulge just take a hole cutting bit to it and you'll be laughing, the final part is to take the right angled tube out of the bottom of the filter housing but i canny be arsed to do that with mine
