ideling problem

hay all i got another problem with my lil one

ok i put a sportX 4-1 race/sport exhaust manifold on it, obviously had to remove the EGR system, have bunged up the only vacume hose i could find,

whats happening is, driving along its fine then i get stuck in traffic, still fine, then about 5 minuits of being sat there on iddle it will start hunting, drops about 350/400rpm every time it hunts, then it will do that for about a minuits then it will stop and be all ok again. anyone got a clue because i havent got any idea?

Not very sure on that one I'm afraid but for consideration, could back pressure or lack of produce such a problem, or as a possibility ECU need chipping to accommodate the performance increase.

i think its going to need well im pritty serten its going to need chipping to get rid of my slight pinking,
hopefully this will help that too.

anyone know anywhere that can do chiping and not for some obsered price?
