ist hard to explain its like a missfire but its not that. more like someone is pulling the hand break on and of fast the car feels like its getting draged back (you have to be in the car to understand)

only when you drive if you put your foot down its ok it happens at normal driving in town and going up hills when its sitting still it reves ok now as a new idle valve has been put on it .an airflow has been tryed and the coil pack has been ruled out it might be the crank sensor but i cant keep paying for parts hopeing i get the right bit.

i have hered that crank sensors are very comon on these and the 1.2 16v engines fortunatley they are fairly cheap 20 quid

when was the last time it had a full filter service?

and if you live nearish me i think it might be best me comming to ahve a look at it, could be something like the cat is getting blocked up or fuel filter is getting blocked.

nope never done one it should be ok the colour is green the car never overheats if the temp goes up to 90 and i pull out from a juntion the car just stops driving. its like it stops dead then it picks up again and you take off its going to get me killed one day  ive had a few close calls with other drivers as i dilver pizzas but now i dont leave it running so it wont heat up. the fan works ok it comes on when the temp is half way up.the car runs fine when its cold. after 5 min of running is when it starts but the temp never goes up to 90.

the coolant system should have (aproximatly) 5.8 leters or 10.2 pints of coolant and antifreez 50/50 mix
