c20xe rebuild

can anybody help am after a rebuild on my c20xe but what kind of money am i lookin at payin and where best to go am in the north west thanks

most places will charge you 1k for a compleate rebuild

if you go to a place called V tune in Crawley

they will do the following

new rings
new rod bolts
new shells
hone the bores
compleate gasket change
new water pump
new oil pump
new oil pump
new head gasket
new timing kit
new valve guide oil seals

and so on and so on. they are fairly extensive..


but i dont see anything wrong with finding a local builder to do it for you. just dought he will hone the bores and do the rings n such forth
