the rear springs r the quickest to change as all u need to do is jack the car on stands pull out the old springs push the new springs in
the front springs u will need to put the front agen on stangs, take the dampers out, there are to bolts in the engine bay and to that fix to the hub at the wheel. from this the bolts will need to taken off that are located at the top of the suspension strut, this can b a bugger, once removed take the spring out then put new spring in and put everything back together n bobs ur uncle and ur away agen
hope this helps

if you had 195/45/15 size tyres then having 40mm drop should take the top of the arch just above the tyre, make it look nice and sleak,
im saving for a set of coil overs at the mo so i can have the c20let put in, also got the 2l breaks comming fot it lol
one thing with just springs is, the damper travel, could bottom them out if you hit a dip in the road, thats why its always better to get the shock kit, (springs and dampers with shortened rods)
what springs you looking at anyways?
