just about to fit new exhaust system, its got the gaskets with it but should I put some sort of gasket seal paste where the gaskets touch the metal flanges or just tighten the joints up without any type of gasket sealant. regards Dave

you mean the big circular gasket?

if you got that one then you just tighten the bolts up should be fine.
