sparco subframes and seatbelts

I have a set of sparco subframes and 3 point harness' but cant see where the hell im supposed to bolt the belt points nearest the center of the car to? The old mount was on the seat subframe but the new ones only come with an odd bent piece of steel with a small hole in it. Where the hell does this piece of metal go then? LOL Im all in appart from the inside harness points now.
