when i got the car it looked like this.... it had no rear chasis as it had rusted away completely.... but during the summer my dad made a new one for it and it handles 100 times better. but now i need the bumper welded as it is also quite rusty but thats a job for the summer weater...




then i put an exhaust tip on it ...lol

then i painted the engine and cleaned it

then i put an induction kit on it and painted it again ( the blue bit thats sloppy under the induction kit is now black and not sloppy)

then i put in a sub woofer which i got off ebay for 20 quid and its powered by a 300watt sub zero amp and 6" fusion 180 watt component speakers in the front and kenwood 140 watt 13cm speakers in the back.

but i have 4 subs goin in the car 10" mutant 800 watt subs which will be powere by a 1000 watt toxic amp



next i started to colour code the car =]





this is the car after the first day of colour coding



the bonnet was damaged in a crash so i need to get a new one haha
(there isnt alot of space in my garage so i couldnt get alot in the pictures)
next was to do the back bumpers and arches the boot handle and the door handles
first i masked off the bumpers then sprayed them with the plastic primer and left it for about 30 mins

the turbo on the car works at 10 psi instad of 7 but i dont know why but its all good im broke atm and have nothing to do haha
next i need to paint the interior white and also get window tint but before that i need to make a new parcle shelf to take the other 2 subs for my car.
my dad wont let me put alloys on coz it affects the insurance but next year im getting them coz ill get money from uni but next month the subs are going in so ill keep you updated.

today i painted the back quarter of my car at the drivers side as it had been in a crash before and was painted teh wrong colour also its was a bad paint job as the lacqer was peeling off and also the rocker cover.....
first i sanded






now to paint it...






next the rocker cover was taken off and painted...




had to get the car out of the garage after it was put back on but i will get some picks of it tomorrow
now all i need is a bonnet and such...

first sunny day for a while so i decide to wash the car and paint the engine ect and take more pics before i paint the intrior ect... also i will upload pics from the other day...

Should insure it with Quinn Direct mate, Only performance mods increase your premium with them, Whats the plans in the future? If i was you before you spend ages puttin your system in, ir alot of its on show for example the subs, get some tints mine got broke into about 2 weeks after building my install

unlucky mate... i was thinking about making a secon parcle shelf under the original so the original is covering the subs and then just screw the parcle shelf down till i can afford tints. might be doing an engine rebuild for a 1.5td engine with my dad if i can find 1 cheap enough coz my dad an expert when it comes to making engines. but id like to mibby put a bigger turbo on it.

You will need to box in the subs for the best sound unless they are designed for the magnets out? My mate put 1 on his parcel shelf and it sounded poo if when you wire it up try it out a box then put it in and you will see what i mean the base is alot deeper in the box, Sounds good tho mate i want to drop a C20XE in mine but its just findin the money to do it and get another car while mines off the road :/

to day made the shelf tomorrow carpeting the shelf and on friday all the stuff is going in new project... window tint , central locking then mechanically tuning it to 95 bhp. also i need help on where to fit a dump valve to my car and what one to get!! no1 has answers a guy on youtube done it but if u read my post on mechanical problems then some1 could work it out for me?! lol thanks alot

today started to paint my inreior parts white... looks ok not all of its done still need to dye the carpet and inertior black ect and get seats... 7th of march im getting window tint. in the middle of march getting a boost controlller and at the start of april installing it cant wait lol

woo window tint booked getting it onthursday going in at 1pm only 145 quid for 5 windows!! woo
