How do i paint standard black bumpers??

Hey guys i wanna paint my black bumpers to match the colour of the car, any tips on how to do it me self????

This is just a rough idea of what 2 do mate. things u will need r : wet an dry sandpaper, plastic primer, spraypaint which is the correct color, laquar.
1st: give the bumper a good rub down with some fine sandpaper.
2nd: get the cans of primer an start sprayin keep repeating this until u get a nice even coat on the bumper. now get ur sandpaper again an give a bit more of a rub down 2 get rid of imperfections keep repeatin this step until u think they r good enough 4 painting ( let the primer dry before carrying on)
3rd: now the difficult bit. when doin this part remember to go side to side with the spray can an try to spray in one motion i.e go left to rite without stopping. also dont hold the spray can to close to the bumper causing drips an runs.
4: laquar the bumper up exactly the same way that u did the spraying but u wont need as many coats with this.

lol ya best bet wold be to paint it with a propper gun in ya garage lmao
i h8t aerosol coz ya cant get no where near as good effect as wit a gun but i suppose its berra thn nowt lol
i do all the custom painting and airbrushing as a hobby in my home made shed lol i mainly paint bikes like but i have done my dads car its a ford mondeo
