redtop engine problems please help!!!!!

hi just joined today! my names sam. 
just wanted to see if anyone could help me?
i have a 2.0l16v in my corsa b.. the redtop has an uprated ecu running 182bhp.
i havent used the car for around a month and started it this morning to find it misssfiring (thought it was running 3 cylenders) just wondering if anyone knew wot it would be?? cheers!!
