Fitting from speakers

Hi

I am thinking about replacing my stock front speakers

is this hard to do and also i noticed in the hains manual that there are only 3 mouting holes

would this cause a problem

also woudl these speaker fit ok inside the current speaker slots with out any modfiecations

Peice of piss, done it dis weekend!

Go halfords, get your 13cm or 16cm speakers, also get a spacer n fitting set for £14.99, autolead makes them, in the kit you get the adapter for the original block dats on the wiring to be able to put 2 spade connecters on!

Its simple, buy your speakers, get the AUTOLEAD fitting and adapter kit, take the old speakers out, put the new stuff!

Componants is what im getting next! So if ye look down your local halfords n have a butchers in the catolgue itll show u the componants section, with speakers and tweeters as a package!

but wil i notice any real diffrence and are tweeters a pian to wire from standard, cause most comp sets have seperate crossover

yea i think you woudl notice a difference i build some spker box with driver n sutff for ma a level project and it does add sometihng to the music makes it sound betta bascually more sharp n clear

first thing i did was throw away the crap standard tweeters and replaced with alpine ones alot clearer

just wiondering but u know the normal 2 way speaker with the tweeter in the center do they have 2 sets of connecter on the back / also do they have a crossover built in

built in crossover just cut wired for tweeter and join to spade connections using crimps or blocks ;)

so realy i coudl remove or maybe just leave the old tweeter disconnected woudl that be ok
