new system

i just go a new system with a powercap wtf do i do with the cap?? and theres 2 amps there, do i need 2 remote leads?? please help..
should be in the audio section but basicly the powercap sits between ur amp and battery on that wire
so ur wire from battery to powercap then wire from powercap to your amp
