Corsa C central dash in a Corsa B??

Does anyone know if it's possible to replace a Corsa B central dash (Heating, Radio, Multi Display Unit etc) with a modern one from a Corsa C?

anything possible if you have the money
but it probably wouldnt just plug in and away you go

bet if you got a corsa c doner car for the engine, gearbox ecu wireing loom etc etc u cud fit the full dash
after all the cars only the shell
