buying tips

hi i am new to this forum and i am lookin to buy a 1.4 corsa sport and was wondering if people could give me some tips what to look out for!

depending on age and model.

chasis legs just behind where the front lower arm sits rust throu
if it has a sunroof, see if the drains are blocked, if so check inside the rear 1/4 panels for rust or dampness in the boot.
most rust around rear wiper
front cross member also rusts but it take a while unless it hasnt been looked after


then general stuff, service history, and strange noises, smoke etc same with any car.

i spoke to the owner of 1 last nite and he said it needs plates welding on the jackin points
