help a.s.a.p!
i was just driving back from work and a light came up on the clocks. its the orange one with a lightning bolt in the middle. i figured it would be an electrical problem but what could it be? i stopped the car and it seems to be spluttering when its ticking over. could it be the spark plugs?

Re: help a.s.a.p!
I replaced mine yesterday on a 1.2 16V 99 Envoy, £10 from a breakers yard...it's easy enough to do, just make sure you have the car jacked up and on axle stands....axle stands are a must...the thought of a car coming down on you is quite a sobering thought...not trying to put you off, but if you do have a go yourself...do it 100% safely and by the book, the awkward bit is unclipping the multiplug, the sensor itself is only held in with one 8mm bolt, then it just slides out...oh and make sure you fit a new 'o' ring on it. I think on your car the sensor is located on a bracket at the lower timing belt end of the engine.

well i really dont know whats going off! i come back from work today tried to start the car it struggled at first but it started it was spluttering abit at first then it was alright and the orange light went off inside i took it for a spin around my estate and its fine. i'm thinking about getting it checked out still just incase, surely there is something that aint right.
